A console IP phone is a central touchscreen device that controls paging, intercom, and calls from one point. Fanvil has three main models, and choosing the right one comes down to scale and the functions you need.
A308i: the compact console
The A308i has a 7-inch touchscreen, a 5MP camera, and 116 DSS keys. It fits an operator or reception post that needs to manage paging and intercom with plenty of quick-access buttons, at a small to mid scale.
A320i: the versatile console
The A320i steps up to a 10.1-inch touchscreen, an 8MP camera, and a gooseneck microphone. This is the console that also serves as the nurse call center in hospitals, managing up to 100 devices, with call priority colors and attendance logs. Versatile for paging, intercom, and healthcare.
A330i: the large-scale broadcast console
The A330i has a built-in paging, intercom, and scheduling system, and can manage up to 300 SIP endpoints in one system. It fits large buildings, schools, or factories where one operator needs to reach the whole area from a single point.
How to choose quickly
For a small post that needs many buttons, the A308i is enough. For dual duty including nurse call, the A320i is the most flexible. For large-scale broadcast with hundreds of endpoints, the A330i is the answer. All three run on the same SIP network as other Fanvil speakers and phones.
