A speaker and a camera are usually two separate devices with their own mounting and cabling. The Fanvil A513W combines both in one unit, saving an installation point while merging announcement and monitoring.
Speaker and camera in one unit
The A513W has a 10W speaker with a built-in microphone and a 4MP HD camera. That means one point on the ceiling or wall can broadcast an announcement to an area while also giving a visual view of that same area. It cuts the number of devices and cables compared with installing a separate speaker and camera.
Human detection and automatic alerts
With smart audio and video analysis, the A513W can detect a human presence and send an alarm signal to a monitoring platform. This is useful for areas that need watching after hours, such as a warehouse or a back door.
Which areas it suits
The A513W is best for a point that needs two functions at once: a corridor, a side entrance, an indoor parking area, or a room that needs both announcements and monitoring. For areas that only need sound, a regular speaker like the A201 or A233 is more economical.
