An indoor station is the unit inside a home that residents use to take calls from the door phone, see visitors, and unlock the door. Fanvil offers several options, and choosing the right one comes down to screen size, video needs, and how it is mounted.

Guide to choosing a Fanvil indoor station: H501W, i503W, i554/i564W, i566W, and i554W-2 retrofit
From a handheld to a 10-inch screen, plus a 2-Wire version for older buildings.

Touchscreen or handheld

For a modern experience, touchscreen indoor stations like the i554W (7-inch) and i564W (7-inch, slim design) show visitor video clearly and are easy to operate. For simpler or portable needs, there are options like the i503W that can be carried around inside the unit, or the H501 handheld intercom.

Wi-Fi or wired

Many models come in a Wi-Fi variant (marked with a W, such as i504W, i505W). The Wi-Fi variant makes it easy to install where LAN cabling is hard to run, while the wired variant gives a more stable connection. Pick based on the network conditions in your building.

Part of the access ecosystem

An indoor station works together with the door phone at the entrance and the FCMS cloud for management. Residents can even take calls and unlock the door from a phone through the Fanvil Link app. Read more about the door options in Fanvil door access control.
